We are an SME providing project management services.  Our experience spans both the public and private sectors and, although our core speciality is Information Technology, we also manage business projects.  Our aim is to add value to a project through clear customer engagement, project planning and appropriate financial control.  The aim is to have projects deliver on time and on budget!
